The new UFCW 328 web site at www.ufcw328.org, built by Union Web Services, allows us to regularly post, on our own, new information and breaking news on our site. This has provided benefits to our union in the following areas:

Providing better services to members through more frequent contact - while reducing significantly the number of phone calls and admin work required to respond to basic member questions

Increasing UFCW 328's online presence - to drive organizing and help us achieve our union's political objectives

Improving internal communication - between members and their union reps

Energizing our membership base - by providing regularly updated news from and about UFCW and its locals, such as news or community actions focused on Wal-Mart, and labor stories that are of interest to the food processing and retail industries. I would highly recommend Union Web Services to my fellow UFCW Presidents looking for improvements in these areas.
